If you are looking for a Physical/Hard Proof of your artwork:
1) Select ‘Hard Proof’ as your proofing option on our product order page.
2) After the order is placed, we will produce a physical sample, ship it to you, and wait for your approval before starting production.
3) If you don’t approve your proof and would like to cancel your order, we will give you a full refund minus the cost of producing the sample.

| Does Greenerprinter ship to Canada? |
Yes, we can ship internationally! This will increase shipping costs, so the most economical way to go about this would be to create an account with UPS or FedEx which will unlock savings.
| What is your turnaround time for Booklets? |
Our production time usually takes 2-7 days, depending on the turnaround speed you select.
Please note that pre-production and shipping time is separate from our production turnaround speed! Reference this graphic below.

| Do you offer design services for Booklets? |
We do not directly offer design/creative help, but our prepress team will make sure your files are ready for print production.

| Can I get a proof before printing? |
We offer up to two free digital soft proofs once an order has been placed. Physical hard proofs or additional soft proofs can be ordered for an added fee.

| What file formats do you accept for designs? |
The preferred file format for Greenerprinter orders is PDF. By sending us a PDF, you are helping to ensure that your job proceeds quickly, smoothly, and with no unexpected “surprises.”
We also accept Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign files, but these may incur additional charges and increase the turnaround time.

| Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? |
Yes! We’ve built quantity price breaks directly into our pricing for standard and custom orders.

| Can I choose a different paper type for the booklet cover and interior pages? |
This is a great option for creating booklets that can be easily written in while still having a thicker, protective cover.
| Do you offer different paper finishes, like silk, gloss, or uncoated? |
Yes! Our house paper stocks include silk, glossy, and uncoated options. We even have a kraft board option for a more natural look. All of our papers are recycled, eco-friendly, and FSC certified.
| Can my books or booklets be recycled? |
Most likely, yes! To be sure, it is a good idea to check with your recycling provider for recycling rules specific to your area.
In general, saddle-stitched (stapled) and perfect bound booklets can be thrown into the recycling bin as is, including any staples or glued binding. The glue we use is a polyurethane reactive adhesive so it’s durable and recyclable.
Wire-O bound notebooks can also be recycled, but you should separate the wire from the paper pages before throwing them into your recycling bin.
| Are my books compostable? |
The pages in your book are compostable, however, the spines use materials that are not. Please remove any staples, glue, or wire and throw them away, before putting pages into your compost pile. We also recommend shedding the pages before adding them to a home compost pile.

| Do hardcover coffee table books last longer than paperback coffee table books? |
All books can last a long time if they are properly cared for, but hardcover books will typically last longer than paperback books. The protective covers of hardcover books shield the more delicate interior pages from dust and damage. This helps the books last longer.
| Am I able to print small quantities of my coffee table book as gifts or limited editions? |
Of course! We have no minimum amounts, so you are welcome to print small batches for family and friends.
| Do you offer any papers that are waterproof or spill-resistant? |
All of our books are printed on high-quality recycled paper. Unfortunately, this paper is not waterproof. We recommend keeping your printed books away from water and other liquids. Our silk and gloss coated stocks will not soak up liquids immediately unlike our uncoated and kraft stocks.
| What is a coffee table book? |
A coffee table book is a book that is displayed in an area where guests are typically entertained, like a coffee table. These books are typically image-heavy and can be flipped through to spark conversation and keep guests occupied.
| What should be included in a coffee table book? |
What you include in your coffee table book is completely up to you! Keep in mind that readers may not be reading cover to cover. Most coffee table books are highly visual, rather than text based. Consider adding photographs, illustrations, infographics, maps, etc. to make your book fun to look at.
